Birthday Book Program

Sacred Heart Catholic School Library is excited to offer the Birthday Book Program. This is a great opportunity to celebrate your child’s birthday and make a lasting contribution to our library book collection.

For the cost of $15.00, your child may choose a brand-new, hardcover book from our Birthday Book Program shelf. Special recognition will be given to your child in their homeroom, a birthday book plate will be placed inside the front cover of the book with your child’s name and birthdate and they will receive a special bookmark. The child being honored will also enjoy being the first to check out the new book. Once the book is returned, it becomes a part of Sacred Heart’s collection for years to come.

If your child has a summer birthday (June/July) he/she may choose to pick a book in May.

The Birthday Book Program is a wonderful way to honor your child’s birthday and also help our library maintain a high-quality collection. Thank you for your participation and continued support of our library. If you have any questions, please email me at koslerc@shcs-lg.org.

If you wish to participate in this program, complete the bottom portion of this form and return it to the homeroom teacher along with your payment of $15.00, at least 1 week prior to your child’s birthday. The sooner the better so I can start getting my collection together.
